Hi,
When a ticket is created via the API, no email notification is sent to the ticket contact.
This causes an issue for our use case: we built a dashboard that allows end users to create tickets, and they must select the company and contact when submitting. However, since no confirmation email is sent, the user does not receive the ticket number and cannot reply or follow up properly.
Please add an option for API-created tickets to trigger the same confirmation email that is sent when a ticket is created via email.
