I'd like to request a new feature for ITFlow that would allow us to design and customize HTML email templates for ticket-related communication. Currently, we can’t control the layout or branding of these emails, which limits the professional appearance we want to provide to clients.
It would be very helpful to have HTML customization options for:
Ticket creation emails (confirmation to the client)
Ticket reply/update emails
Default email signatures
Other ticket notification types (status changes, assignments, etc.)
Having customizable HTML templates would allow for consistent branding, better readability, and a more polished client experience.
