I'm not seeing a way to add predefined tasks to recurring tickets, and this would be a really helpful feature to have.
For example, when we generate recurring tickets for our marketing agent—who follows a specific checklist every month—or for monthly client site visits, we already have detailed task lists our team needs to follow. It would be great if recurring tickets could automatically include those tasks, ensuring everything is consistent and ready to go.
Alternatively, the ability to assign a ticket template to a recurring ticket would achieve the same goal and make the workflow much more efficient.
