SMTP Mails Failing

Hi, I'm having some issues sending mails via SMTP at the moment.

Mails fail with the following messages in the App Logg

Failed to send email: 168 to admin@redacted.co.za regarding Test email from ITFlow. Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server...

And the following errors in the apache logs.

Hello, does your server have outbound connectivity to the SMTP host on the correct port? Many providers block this at their firewall and you must ask for it to be unblocked.

I can access the email from the same IP as the one I'm hosting the server from, and the mail server is also in my control, I can confirm IP is not in the banlist.

If this was previously working and only broke since the update I would recommend going into the admin settings > mail and re-saving the settings again.

Failing that, I would recommend manually running the script that cron runs to see if you can spot any other errors.

There does not seem to be a mail_queue.php file in the mentioned directory.

Running the command on the mail_queue.php in the cron folder results in no output, no errors.

Got it working again, I noticed the SSL Certificate (Lets Encrypt) renewed around the same time the mails stopped working.
I requested an manual renewal and mails are going through again.
