First of all, loving the ITFlow setup! Awesome setup, and the client dashboard is probably the best thing that we use. To that end, we have OSTicket inplemented as out ticketing system, mostly for the customization. Is there any plans to allow integration with 3rd party ticketing system APIs? In our case, OSTicket? Specifically, we would like the client dashboard to list recent tickets submitted for the client, either based on the Organization tables in OSTicket, or based on sender domain. Also, on the admin side, it would be nice to see some overviews like tickets submitted in the last week, resolution times vs SLAs, etc. OsTicket can handle the heavy lifting, even the chart displays of this data, as they already use an admin dashboard for this, all ITFlow would need to do is pull that over to the admin page for the clients.
