Almost ready to roll this out but have a few showstoppers.
When sharing the documents, I would like to request the following in the method the email is formatted.
- Be able to set a custom signature. Currently the signature references the helpdesk support email, but we are still using a different ticketing system. Also, would like to add the support phone number in that. Ideally we'd be able to format it in a variable under settings and could use HTML (to add linked in, facebook, twitter icons) for social media presence.
- Be able to set a custom Subject Line.
Once clients click on the link:
- Remove ITFlow Guest sharing from top banner. Replace it with "Company Name" Guest Sharing.
- Add the company logo somewhere in their (maybe to the left). The same logo that appears on the tech login.
- Remove IT Flow from the bottom footer and replace it with the signature that also shows up in the body of the email.
