My colleague just got ITFLow up and running on a VM today.
Configured the email account to be monitored (email service from migadu.com)
Configured the IMAP and SMTP settings, including security settings.
When pressing the Test IMAP Connection button, it waits for about 1 minute and gives "Test IMAP Connection Fail". Attempting to log into the email account via webmail and IMAP on BetterBird (Thunderbird fork) works just fine.
Is there anything I should be looking at to fix this?
