smcs Does this setting (Email address to notify when new tickets are raised) allow multiple email addresses to be entered in or is 1 email address the only option?
wrongecho It's just a single address, at least for now. You can enter the address of a shared mailbox or distribution list to share the notifications?
smcs Ok I thought that was the case, but was hoping I could put several email addresses in the field so everyone there would get the notification.
johnny I would create an email alias like ticket-notifications@myBigITCompany.com and then forward your own set of emails from there.
