Screenconnect/connectwise control integration

Hi, please consider a screenconnect integration feature, as it is very popular among people who choose self hosted software.

Thanks for your idea!

We previously had a bit of integration with MeshCentral but ultimately removed it. It's unlikely we'll add anything like this back.

If you're wanting to update asset info from Screenconnect into ITFlow, you should be able to use the API. One of the community members (I forget their name) has built one around TacticalRMM - code here.

By integration I meant that when you open a ticket in ITflow it should automatically create a session in screenconnect with that ticket number

It would also be great if it could also fetch into ITflow how long the support session took.

That's just my 2 cents…

As Admin -> Settings / Tags & Categories / Custom Fields / Assets - Create client_assets field -> label - Remote Access or Control - Type text

If this would display in the asset paste the direct connect remote support launch link.

For me using SimpleHELP, this would enable this feature.

The more I use this software, the more I like it.

joel as you can see this is on the "will not implement" list

you can come up with your own middleware and maybe share it with the people

screenconnect has a REST API extension but has NO documentation what-so-ever on how to use it
