I noticed that all emails for the email to ticket mailbox are flagged even if no ticket is created
Looking at the code it looks like it is only supposed to flag emails that didnt get a ticket created and move all emails that a ticket was created to a folder called 'INBOX/ITFlow_Processed'
It doesn't appear to be doing this for me and I just noticed this.
Is this working for anyone else?
