Bigbug I think it will be a good idea that there should be an assign button by each unassigned ticket in the main menu (maybe in the three dot action menu) of support tickets to quickly assign tickets Thanks🙏
Bigbug johnny when you assigning from outside only in the dropdown it comes up users that have been archived/deleted already. probably a bug…
