The current ticket system assigns only a suffix and a running number for each open ticket.
Would it be possible to enhance the suffix in Subject based on a few factors? Such as:
[TCK-running number] - [Name/Initials of client] - [Issue suffix, which may be tag(s) assigned to the ticket] - [Original Subject]
For a real case example, this would look like this:
[TCK-082] - [The Client Name] - [Server] - [Shared folders inaccessible]
