I have a list of clients who have previously purchased our application, and I'm considering sending them an email about the opportunity for a paid upgrade. In the email, I'd like to include a direct link to an external webpage where they can input their details, mainly their tax ID number, to place an order. These orders would then appear in our system as "quotes."
From my end, I'd be able to see who has made an order and immediately categorize them as either a new client or add the order to their existing account based on their tax ID number. I believe this would streamline the process of managing upgrades and any client-specific projects. It also allows clients to actively request updates or new features they want.
Do you think this is a good idea, and could it potentially be integrated into ITFlows in the future?
