Add contact to searchable fields. Having the ability to show me all tickets created by Joseph.
I know it is implemented in contacts. But having to switch from tickets to contacts to search for Joseph, to tap on him to see all of the tickets he has raised, when I am already there…
Eventually I would like the ability to search by asset in the ticket system. Show me all tickets against RDC01. Yes, I can go to assets, search for the asset, hit the three dots and select tickets.
It would be a nice usability enhancement.
