I send a lot of email to my clients for various reasons like, Quote follow ups, Invoice information, etc… It would be nice to be able to click a clients email and IT Flow have a built in Email interface that I can send email to my clients and they can respond and its all contained inside of IT Flow. In my thoughts it could still just be a relay like the ticketing feature, but instead of a ticket it is just sending out the email through IT Flow - Through my SMTP server - To the client and when the client responds IT Flow grabs the email from the SMTP server the same way it does tickets and put it in its own type of Inbox. Maybe have folders in the Inbox to keep conversations separated by client as well. Just a thought but would be nice to have an I could keep my IT Flow client email separated from my regular email client.
