Tech leaving prior to archiving - Prompt: There are a number of tasks / scheduled tasks assigned - How would you like to reassign them? This client to that tech? That client to this tech? Probably a bulk select option to show a box, select tickets, assign to drop down, ARE YOU SURE?, commit.
Vacation - Since there is no time tracking it would be up to the tech's supervisor to monitor.
