Feature Request - Allow Role "Technician" to Modify Company Tags

Currently only the role "Admin" can modify tags. We want the ability for our techs to be able to modify tags, as they come across things.

yes but this will be more than likely saves for after 1.0 release

This will likely be covered under the permissions overhaul after 1.0 is released.
