Adding category bug

Hi, when adding category in /client_quotes.php by hitting the [ + ] button it doesn't work

Im going to use the select2 option for this to allow a custom category be inserted similar to trips destination

The Plus now opens a new page and take you directly to the categories page instead of the modal as its broken.
