New install - Cannot access "Clients" section

Hi,

I just installed ITFlow and it looks very promising but I cannot access "Clients" section (View/Create) :

I just don't see anything.

How did you install ITFlow?

Edit: I've just successfully reinstalled ITFlow from scratch and clients show fine, marking this as support rather than bug.

Hey,

I did followed the script but adjusted it to my existing server.

Adding "ini_set('display_errors', 1);" to clients.php gives me this :

Fatal error: Uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: Expression #16 of SELECT list is not in GROUP BY clause and contains nonaggregated column 'itflow.contacts.contact_id' which is not functionally dependent on columns in GROUP BY clause; this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by in /var/www/XXX/clients.php:45 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/XXX/clients.php(45): mysqli_query() #1 {main} thrown in /var/www/XXX/clients.php on line 45

Are you using MariaDB or MySQL?

That'll be why you're having issues 🙂

The install script installs MariaDB rather than MySQL. The syntax between the two is very similar, but certain things are different.

I would recommend you switch to MariaDB. If you realllyyyy want to stick with MySQL then you can follow this, but you may run into other issues in the future (for which there may be limited appetite to support)
