Creating an admin/technician user won't succeed to send email

It looks like when creating a new user the system fails to send credential :

I'm using latest version.

Do you have your mail settings configured in ITFlow?

Also, are you able to successfully send a test email on that same mail settings page?

It actually worked yesterday.

Today I have created new users as I start deploying the portal and emails are not sent during the creation process.

Tried the test and I have received it.

hmmm it may useful to take a peek at the traceback logs for the emails on your email server to see why

I will try to setup MailJet instead of my internal SMTP

Well, I think it was a problem related to the domain I was trying to send email.
