Default Tax

Default tax on line items into invoice is not working.

This was not implemented into the select drop down item in Invoice Recurring or Quote to automaticallt select the referencing tax

I got this working now under invoice however there is a cosmetic issue that needs fixed

When you select a taxable item it selects the correct tax however the dropdown tax menu doesnt auopopulate see here

For example Pudding Pops is selected has a 10% tax associated with it

When you hit submit it does apply the tax, it just doesnt update the select box

Updated Quote and Recurring to use selected product tax as well.

Still need to work on that cosmetic thing

This is a good enough solution for me.

We also just added tax Rate and name to the products listing for easy pickings
