Mass delete tickets?

We are using the inbound ticketing system and I have about 4,000 duplicate tickets. 3 clicks to delete a single ticket. is there a way to mass delete these duplicate tickets?

Wow, that's quite a few tickets. We believed this issue had been resolved long ago.

Here are a few questions to help us understand better:

Are you using the most recent version of ITFlow?
Can you tell us how ITFlow was installed (e.g., via a script, manually, etc.)?
Was this issue related to a new ticket creation or a response to an existing ticket via email?
Who provides your IMAP service for ticket reception?
To help prevent future occurrences, could you please provide:
- The .eml file responsible for this issue.
- A copy of ITFlow's audit logs, from the time the initial email was sent until the ticket duplication ceased.
- A screenshot displaying all the duplicated tickets.
- Screenshots of the ticket details itself the (The one that was first created amongst the duplicates)

I just updated. to this version. (most recent as of today Dec 15 2023) Although new tickets are still being duplicated. It came in from the email connector.

and to answer your other question about batch deleting the best way to mass delete for right now is to use phpmyadmin navigate to the tickets tables and he can mass delete from there

I also had to deal with mass deleting the way I did it was:

Look at the formula I used you'll have to drag down the formula it should get populated with the URLs

You'll have to adjust the ticket IDs accordingly

Then I multi-selected all those ready URLs > right clicked > more Cell options > open selected links in a new tab

And it all opened up in a new tab triggering to delete all those tickets in one shot

P.s. you'll have to be signed into ITFlow in the same browser for this to work, also this won't work with MS Excel only with Google sheets

Without any information about the messages that are duplicated, it's almost impossible to troubleshoot this.
