Hi, I had this with my client where I want him to change his portal password thru /portal/login_reset.php but after hitting [Reset my password] it hangs at HTTP ERROR 500
It seems that it does it to actual registered emails only, also I think only if you have done some password changes internally
Even some times it says "If the account exits…" I'm not getting any email with reset link
