khatri Hi, I was checking out the demo via my phone and noticed that there's no method of exporting/ printing a ticket as a PDF? There's the option to export customer data but that would export all tickets for that customer I assume.
khatri Bigbug Thanks. That could work I guess, just that it shows the space as well to input text along with the other buttons..
johnny @khatri @Bigbug Im going to make this little bit better for print. We can easily hide various elements with a class field for example we don't need to see the Textarea to create a new reply or any of the buttons stay tuned update will come shortly for this
wrongecho Can I also suggest we utilize the multi-select to allow exporting multiple tickets? Possibly both to CSV and PDF?
