ahh that makes sense you have to install the php extension for php mailparse as its not installed by default on hestia.

I already had it installed. The fixt was doing another fresh install on a fresh sub domain, database, and new smtp server. It could have been anything honestly. But things are now working as intended.

I think i know what may have happened, we use HestiaCP as well.

We have multiple PHP Versions Setup we found out we didnt have mailparse extentsion installed on PHP 8.2 but we initially installed it with 8.1, hence when we installed a new ITFlow instance we chose the later PHP version.

Just make sure all the installed versions of PHP have that mailparse extension installed
