hugo It would be nice to have this functionality: Be able to Create new Ticket with schedule day and time When I create a New Ticket, it should let me choose the day and time it will be scheduled, then show on Calendar.

hugo Hello, @psiiota thx for this I couldnt find a way to schedule a ticket on mine after update, when clicking on new ticket. Also tried on the demo site. am I missing something?
johnny Seems like you figured this out already but to followup Tickets need to be scheduled once ticket in created this can be done on the right pane of the ticket details screen.
