lued Hello, I would like to propose these changes to the way ticket times are handled through new action (response), as well as editing through the "Edit Ticket" window on the action. A check box to start the timer instead of starting automatically. Start time stating the time the action was logged. End time stating the time the action was completed. A check box with an email to signify sending the message to client.
wrongecho Hi @lued Thanks for getting in touch! We've now made the Time worked field editable after an agent replies. We'll use this page to monitor interest in changing time-tracking to a start-time/end-time based approach.
