Good evening

I have been using IT Flow for a while now and some things are still bugging me.

The date is still in US format and no local settings option as well as the phone number format in US.

I am still able to pipe tickets from office 365. Even after the suggested work around.

Is their a fix available or one coming ?

Hi @ESN we have plans to migrate to the new mail parser which supports the O365 OAUTH2 protocol but is work in progress.

The dates are in ISO8601 which not US specific but defacto standard however we do have plans to allow custom formats in the future.

The phone numbers are in US Format. We may be able to do a quick fix to choose US format or no format

The main issues for me is the piping emails to tickets and the phone number format as it does not display correctly and not able to use click to dial.
