Not Able to Upload Logo

Hi everyone,

Recently came back to this project and reinstalled ITFlow. I am having an issue where I am not able to upload a logo under company details. No matter what image I select, it just has the broken image icon. Would this be a folder permissions issue or something else that I can look into resolving it.

Do any file uploads work at all?

How did you install?

Are you able to provide any relevant error logs, see /var/log/Apache2/error.log

Just tested to upload a file under the clients section and it goes through, but not visible after with a 404 error:

But based on your reply about the logs, I think the issue might be the server type (using litespeed instead of apache) which then might be an issue of me not reading the manual if litespeed is not supported.

This usually ends up being permission related. There are commands in the install docs to give Apache access to the uploads folder via chmod but not sure what the lightspeed service runs under.

The install docs (and my own knowledge) is centered around Apache. Running Nginx or Lightspeed work fine in theory but isn't something I'd personally be able to help further with.

Thank you again! It ended up being permissions related. For some reason it only worked with 777 permissions on the folder.
