Duplicate Assets Appearing

Hello, We are adding both assets and logins and are a little confused about why it ends up with multiple assets showing up when there is only 1 of each. Look forward to your thoughts. I have created a video to make the problem more obvious.

Perhaps there is a method of accomplishing the "single asset / multiple logins" that results in only one asset.

It happened to me too. Cant have more logins associated to one asset, because of this duplicate

Thanks for the report and detailed video.

This has come up before. Essentially logins to assets is currently a 1:1 relationship, therefore duplicate assets are generated as each login/asset can be managed individually.

We're aware that we need to move this to a 1 asset to many logins relationship, we just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Glad you're aware of it. Once you have many duplicate assets it starts to cloud the view of things for sure. At least I understand it now. Thanks.

This is now fixed and when an asset has multiple logins it will show all related logins to that asset now under asset list and under asset details. Go ahead and update and let us know

Note: UI under asset list logins is still WIP

johnny Will update and test. Sorry for the delay. My profile notifications defaulted to no notification on replies to my posts. I was not aware of the follow up. The forum admin may want to set the default on that to email notify. Just my 2 cents there.
