Recurring Expenses - Copy to New Recurring, Copy to Expense

Hi guys,

In the recurring expenses screen, it would be nice to have functionality to:

Copy to New Recurring Expense - Use the Recurring Expense as a template for a new Recurring Expense
Copy to New Expense - Use the Recurring Expense as a template for a new one off Expense
