When managing a few tickets at a time it could be frustrating that you have to navigate between them.
Why not implementing a little pop-out button which will pop out just that ticket, and like this you could work effortlessly on multiple tickets at a time.
Gmail has this capability with emails, check it out on Gmail to get my point
open Gmail > select email > right click > choose: Open in new window
