Hi
After some recent update, the option to issue invoices from closed tickets disappeared. It was a very big improvement for me. From the "unbilled tickets" position, I was able to enter the ticket and invoice right away. The function works great in open tickets, but in my case they are closed by customer service, and whoever else is issuing invoices. Could I ask for this feature to be restored? Currently, invoicing goes a bit around and takes a lot more time. Thanks 🙂
