johnny We did a major ticket status backend overhaul to make room for the new custom ticket statuses. We believe we did a good job at squashing bugs but we may have missed some. Before we can more forward we need all your help to test ticket functionality everywhere and make sure things work then we can move forward.
hugo Hello! When Add new custom status, if choose any color, it wont reflect: I choose something orange for example, it shows black on circle, and on tag shows none
johnny Hey @hugo next update will fix and will be pushed out today will change the way colors are handled with badges, so we can use more colors than 5 stay tuned

johnny Currently we made it so you cannot delete or edit System Statuses such as New, Open, On Hold, Auto Close, or Closed. We may bring the ability to rename and change the colors at a later date
