I recently bumped into an awesome opensource project called Greenshot
it's a screen snipping tool much better then the built-in windows one.
it could be very useful for the community here that want's to report anything with a snippet, whilst the Windows snipping tool is very limited in a good redaction tool, Greenshot has it all!
