Mail_Queue cron broken after update

Mail queue not working after updating (was working before).

If I run the cron manually it completes without any errors. But mails just does not go out, stays in the queue. I don't see any errors in the logs. And audit logs also don't show that crons were run at all.

I tried changing the cron key, disabling and enabling crons. Stupped at the moment.

Motkoning what time has it been queued? does it match your timezone? or is it using UTC?

I see email went out according to UTC time and not the specificized time zone set in localization. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Fixed by setting to the correct time zone in the terminal on the vm itself and restarting.
