Turning Invoicing Emails Off

Hi Team,

New here, trying to work a few things out before migrating from our current helpdesk. I was to use all the functionality of the invoicing module backend, but do not want my invoices to be email out from the system, due to other accouting projects ongoing.

But i do want email quotes and turn quotes into sent invoices etc once they have been entered into our other package. Eventually all will be done from this system.

Also any MS teams integration?

Hello,

Recurring invoices are automatically emailed to the primary contact & any accounting contacts. There is currently no way to turn this off, as far as I'm aware.

Quotes and invoices manually created are only emailed when you click Send. You can also just mark them as sent instead to bypass the email.

There are no plans for MS Teams integration at this time.

Hi @i4nm87 I think im starting to see a need to Turn off Automatic Email for Recurring Invoices. I may make it an option per recurring invoice by default it will be on

Actually there is a way to turn this off globally

Settings > Notifications > Send Recurring Invoice

I just totally forgot about this hahah

and with the latest update you can now do it for indvidual recurring invoices as well

Also keep in my mind the global Notification settings will override this policy if disabled
