Hi Team,
New here, trying to work a few things out before migrating from our current helpdesk. I was to use all the functionality of the invoicing module backend, but do not want my invoices to be email out from the system, due to other accouting projects ongoing.
But i do want email quotes and turn quotes into sent invoices etc once they have been entered into our other package. Eventually all will be done from this system.
Also any MS teams integration?
