Mail Not Sending

I have sent quotes and invoices and they are not sending, they just sit in the que forever, then finally send. I did see a post on this issue, but I updated and nothing changed the mail still just sitting there. Is there something I need to changed to get this to work on my system? I am on a hosted platform. Any help would be very appreciated.

Make sure the System is set to your timezone

How do you do that in a hosted environment? It is CPanel, is there a setting there somewhere? Or is this in IT Flow settings?

Hi @smcs that i am not sure as we don't use or have access to cpanel, but I would contact your hosting provider and ask how to set the system Timezone.

I had to set the time zone in IT Flow, once I did that the issue was resolved. Thank you @johnny
