Yeah I think we could do that, we already have a copy quote option we will just need to add a select-able client.
It may also make sense to create quote templates. I will work on the selectable client then work on quote templates as I think others will find this quite useful
A tax can already be selected for each product line
The total tax on bottom right is just all the line product taxes added up
