Trying to configure the Email parser to create a ticket every time the email connected to IMAP receives a notification that requires a ticket to be made. It errors out every time and does not provide a detailed log so I cannot properly troubleshoot.

Connection fails both with TLS and SSL on their respective ports. The email is just a typical google workspace connected to a domain. Thoughts?
