athornfam2 I was searching through the forum at least and didn't find anyone requesting drag and drop. Will we be getting features to drag and drop into tickets and files under each client?
Bigbug athornfam2 by saying 'drag and drop' you mean the fancy part of it? or the ability to 'add attachments' to a ticket? i think adding attachments was brought up here on the forum once
