Telemetry being sent even if it's disabled

Hi, i spotted in the audit logs this:

while my telemetry settings are set to disabled

the code that checks if telemetry is on is here

if config_telemetry is 0 it is disabled but if anything greater than 0 or equal to 2 then do not execute

Can you do a manual check in the db to make sure config_telemetry is 0

This will be in the settings table.

Make sure in settings that only 1 row exists as well

Then re-execute cron

I see the issue and it should be fixed,

$config_telemetry should have a double == and not a single =

go ahead and update and execute cron.php
