Tickets relation to Assets

would be nice be able to set multiple assets in one ticket, what do you think?

Agreed, this would be especially useful when replacing one computer with another.

You can add "Additional Assets" - maybe this has been fixed now then?

After the ticket is created you can add additional assets.

yeah this should really also be added when you create a new ticket as well, ill see I can get this added for the November release
