Bigbug It would be more practical to add a schedule to a ticket while creating the ticket right now it's only possible once the ticket is created 🙏
wrongecho I want to update the new ticket flow to match the edit / new scheduled ticket flow/modals. We can easily incorporate the scheduling there.
