Yesterday, I received an email from a client that automatically created a ticket. This was a new occurrence, which I initially thought was due to a recent update. However, it started creating duplicate tickets, resulting in an additional 175 tickets. I'm uncertain about the cause, but I have a few theories.
Currently, I have two clients listed: one is my actual client, and the other is my own company, which I added for testing purposes and to maintain my credentials. I've also listed myself as a contact. The same email address is used for the contact on my company, for ITFlow's company email (I apologize if this is unclear), and for authentication on the mail client.
I suspect that the system picked up an email from the single message my client sent me, which not only created a new ticket for my client but also triggered a significant loop. The loop ceased once I logged in. It appeared that a new ticket was created every 3-5 minutes. I'm unsure about the specific logs you would need, but if you could guide me, I'd be happy to provide them.
