please, it might hard and not in planning…but i see it as a bonus…if i can be able to add an html code or a link to my website where , when clicked, the user is presented a calendar….my availability and they can book an appointment by filling out a simple form and their contact ….the incoming forms can be added to dashboard or even an email alert would do.

they dont have or need access to backend or user portal…just a calendar page to book for a service or request a call back…. this will allow us to take bookings via website without needing assistant ….

is it possible i can add an image background for the login page?

Also, is it possible to add or list products with their quantity and prices to be added to invoice?…the product option i see on the menu, i tried, has no quantity field….maybe i am talking too soon too fast

I am yet to explore ITFLow, but so far I rate it NEXT TO NONE!!!

Hey,

Regarding a booking tool, I'm not sure if this is something we would want within ITFlow. Note there are many third party services that already offer this and can integrate with whatever calendar you use. The main one I push at the moment is Microsoft Bookings.

You can add your logo to the client portal login page by uploading it in Settings but the background is not configurable currently.

The products module allows you to specify a catalog of services/goods you offer and their prices. When creating an invoice you can type the name of a product and it will fill the name, description, cost and tax. By default it assumes a quantity of 1, but you can adjust within the invoice as required.

There's no way to set a default quantity for a product (struggling to think of when you'd need to do this, but I guess you could just say the product name is a "Pack of 5 somethings" and then adjust the cost to be 5x the initial amount?).

wrongecho thank you Gecho, for the quick response…. for the quantity, i meant like stock quantity….if i want to buy a stock of tv mount brackets for use, i would want to add the product and quantity in stock to keep track…something like that…with purchased cost and sale price to track margin / profit wink wink!
