Hi there!
I've just got a look at your demo and I'll give it a try as a small side project. I'm employed as a SysAdmin for an MSP and I've integrated IT Glue last year. Their support is awful, the cost by user license is expensive, and I just don't see the value added anymore.
That being said, we do need documentation and it's been helpful since the integration. ITFlow seems like a good fit for our requirements. However, it seems like we cannot add multiple networks for one device.
It is really a basic feature which makes sense. Every moderne device is capable of multiple network adapters/interfaces, being virtual or physical. Also, network switch and firewall are complexe device to manage if their interfaces aren't well documented. Finally, in case of a new feature like relational mapping of asset/device, this would be pretty awesome to have (mapping device interfaces together).
Currently, I'm using that feature in IT Glue. With PowerShell and our private NOC, I'm mapping every network interfaces in our clients' networks (photo below).
