Dismissed notification cleanup

Currently when you dismiss a notification it is marked as dismissed meaning it disappears from the main view, but you can access it via /notifications_dismissed.php

How would we feel about having cron automatically tidy up acknowledged/dismissed notifications that are older than say 90 days?

@wrongecho Im for cleaning up notifications every 90 days, they are supposed to be temp anyway as we use audit logging for everything anyway

Is there a reason post.php uses CURDATE() rather than NOW() when dismissing notifications? It means only the date the notification is dismissed is captured, not the time.
