So far I am loving this product.

I posted something earlier about having issues with email parsing. After some troubleshooting found a solution.

In file cron_ticket_email_parser.php on about line 330.

I had to change INBOX to Inbox and everything started working.

since you modified a core file Keep in mind when you run an update from the web ui you will have to choose force update and it will overwrite your code changes. Im gonna do some more testing and shoot out a fix here shortly

Hey @PatrickM go ahead and update we just fixed the issue where it will take in account for several name variations for the inbox folder:

Forced my update and tested it. It worked. Also verified I had the latest code.
