Production use - scope, scale?

Even though ITFlow is beta…are folks using this in "production"?

If so, what scope & size?

Also curious how many of us are in the US?

I'm keen to hear thoughts on this too!

Personally, I'm using this to document my home/lab setup.

From speaking to people on the forum/Discord/etc I'm aware that currently the user base seems to mainly be "one man bands" - some of which are using elements of ITFlow in production (mainly just the documentation side internally from what I've heard).

According to our telemetry data from the users that have it on. It seems like we have some pretty big players using ITFlow for production according to the user and client count were seeing. Since Telemetry is opt in only most companies will not opt in and more than likely 1 out 50 may actually opt in to data collection. So its hard to tell but I would say at least 6 medium sized MSPS are using it fully according to our statistics and growing fast.

I'm using it for a friend. Two servers: one for prod documentation and the other to test updates and features. I backup every day and snapshot the Prod VM often, So, I think he is really glad about ITFlow! :-)
